Hector is the youngest of nine brothers; raised on a beet farm near Johnson's Corner, he learned the value of hard work and integrity early in life. After leaving the farm, Hector worked at MCI for fourteen years, where he won a car for highest sales for Quarter 1 of 1996. After the company closed, Hector was hired on at Herbies by his old manager from MCI, Arnie Duran.
Hector met his sweetheart at Roosevelt High School; they have been married for 28 years. Hector is also the proud father of four and has two grandchildren. He enjoys playing billiards and darts with his family and hopes to visit Hawaii, Niagra Falls, and see the Eight Wonders of the World after he retires—only 19 years to go!
